IRENE HODGES DEAN, died in 1933 at her home in Ranger
after a long illness. The decedent was born in Falls
County, TX, March 24, 1877, the daughter of the late
Mr. and Mrs. W.R. Hodges. She was married to S.J. Dean
in Ranger in 1900. She had been a resident of Ranger
for 42 years. She had two children; Charles T. Dean
(RHS-1923) and Sue Dean; one sister, Mrs L.L. Neal;
four brothers, R.A. Hodges, R.V. Hodges, Dr. R.H. Hodges,
and Dr. W. Ross Hodges. Michael Dean (RHS-1956) was her
grandson.
