ROY THURMAN WILSON, 88, died on June 25, 1992 in
Ville Platte, LA, with burial there in Evangeline
Memorial Park. He was born on March 17, 1904 in
Voca, TX to James A. & Mary Bruns Wilson. Roy
attended Ranger High School in the Class 1924/1925
at Ranger, TX and served in the U.S. Navy during
WWII. He married Estelle Dardeau who died in 1997.
His brother was Alvin Wilson.
