THURMAN JEFFERSON MELTON, 38, passed away on
Jan. 12, 1947 in Ranger, TX, with burial there
in the Evergreen Cemetery. He was born Sept. 15,
1908 in Lenders, TX to Thomas J. & Laura Thurman.
Thurman attended Ranger High School in the Class
of 1926/1927 & married Henrietta Ondrej who died
in 1999. Their son was Jimmie G. Melton. They may
have divorced later. Siblings of Thurman were Fred
Melton, Oliver Melton, & Ione Melton. All siblings
are now deceased.
