ONOS ROLAND MILLS, 90, of Dallas, TX died on
Feb. 28, 2001, with burial there in Sparkman
Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery. He was born
on Oct. 21, 1910 in Strawn, TX to John M. and
Lula Davidson Mills. He attended Ranger High
School in the Class of 1929 at Ranger, TX and
married Marie Jones (RHS-1932) who died in 2003.
Their son was John Michael Mills who died in
2012. Onos worked 30 years for Braniff Airlines,
assisted in the opening up of South American
routes. He & Marie lived in England, Australia,
Seattle and other locations during his career
with Braniff. His sibling was Edith Mills who
died in 1910.
