LTC. SANFORD DEE PRESLAR, 64, died on July 10,
1979 in Wichita Falls, TX, with burial in the
Pioneer Cemetery at Graham, TX. He was born
on Nov. 17, 1914 in Coleman, TX to Sanford Dee
& Cora Stevens Preslar. Dee attended Ranger
High School in the Class of 1931 at Ranger,
TX and served in the U.S. Army after WWII.
He married Orleana Cosett who died in 1999.
Their sons were Sanford Dee Preslar II who
died in 2011 and Layne Preslar. His siblings
were Rosalie Preslar, Eunice Preslar (RHS-1926),
Eula Preslar Weber (RHS-1928), & Stephen Preslar (RHS-1936).
