ROLAND BRUCE HARRIS, 82, passed away Aug. 5,
2000 in Austin, TX. He was born on Feb. 2, 1914
in Carbon, TX to Joseph W. & Myrtle Camp Harris.
Bruce attended Ranger High School in the Class of
1932 at Ranger, TX and married Georgia Burchel in
1939 who died in 1994. He served in the National
Guard during WWII. Their children were Jim Harris,
Ron Harris, and Joan Evans. His brother was Joseph
T. Harris (RHS-1935). Half siblings were William
Harris & Helen Harris.
