GEORGE EDWIN ALLISON, 83, died in a local hospital,
with interment at the Garden of Memories.

He was born in Muncie, IN, and graduated from Ranger 
High School. George attended Ranger Junior College and 
Texas A&M University.  He married Catherine Barker 
(RHS-1933) in 1937 in Ranger and served with the U.S. 
Navy during World War II.  He was a member of Masonic 
Lodge 571 and First Baptist Church.
