AARON ADRIAN "ABIE" ANDERSON was born on March 9,
1915 in Texas to Hadden & Mary Anderson. He attended
Ranger High School in the Class of 1935 at Ranger, TX
& was an All State Quarterback during high school in
1933-34. He was quarterback for the Ranger Team that
played in the first Sun Bowl at El Paso, TX, Jan. 1,
1935. He attended Tyler Jr. College in 1936. He was
KIA in Italy during WWII around 1942 while serving in
the U.S. Army. His siblings were Alonzo Anderson,
Sam Anderson, Lola Anderson, Jack Anderson, Eunice
Anderson, and Beauford Anderson (RHS-1930).
