Ranger Exes Memorial - RHS Class of 1935

Frank Fengler FRANCIS WILLIAM "FRANK" FENGLER, 72, was born on March 23, 1917, Detroit, MI & was adopted in 1921 by Mary Irene Leveille & George Fengler. His biological mother had died in 1918 of the great flu epidemic and his biological father died of a heart attack. At some point George & Irene Fengler came to Range, TX & owned and operated the O.K. Grocery and Meat Market at 501 West Main Street. Mary Irene Leveille was a sister to Morris Leveille. Frank was in the Ranger High School Class of 1935. He was married to Nauwana Stafford (RHS-1939). They had two sons, Richard & James but the marriage ended in divorce. Frank then married Helen Stevenson who had children from a previous marriage but there were no children with Francis. Francis worked as an electrical supervisor at Chance Vought, and later sold Snap-on Tools and operated two gasoline stations. He died on Jan. 13, 1990, while living at Southlake, TX. Helen Stevenson Fengler resides in Southlake. Nauwana Stafford died in 2002 at Burleson, TX. She married Tom Long after her marriage to Frank Fengler.
