CHARLIE FLOYD RUSSELL, 95, of Benbrook, TX passed
away on March 21, 2014, with interment in Benbrook
Cemetery.
Floyd was born March 15, 1919, in Stroud, OK, and grew
up in Ranger, TX attending Ranger High School in the
Class of 1937 at Ranger, TX. He served in the U.S.
Air Force and retired from General Dynamics after 37
years. Floyd was a member of First Baptist Church
of Benbrook.
Floyd was preceded in death by his wife of 37 years,
Maxine; brother, Orval Lee Russell; & granddaughter,
Misty Ann Russell.
Survivors at the time of his death: son, Larry Floyd
Russell of Benbrook; daughter, Linda Kirchenbauer and
husband, Ron, of Southlake; grandchildren, Troy and
Steven Kirchenbauer; four great-grandchildren; two
great-great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Russell Beggs
(RHS-1940); and many loving friends.
