INEZ BAKER ROBERTSON, 100, was born on
July 4, 1919 and passed away on Sept. 11, 2019.
Inez was a resident of Indiana at the time of
passing.
Inez was born July 4, 1919, in Dallas County, TX,
in the camp at the Texas Company Refinery to Roy
Baker & Margaret Dyson Baker. The family moved
to Ranger, TX, in 1930, where Inez graduated from
Ranger High School in 1937 as the Valedictorian.
Inez married Riccy Robertson (RHS-1937) who died
in 2007.
After two years of retirement, she worked the whole
program with the 1990 Census; in August 1990, she
began working part-time with the Ballard Funeral
Home; she was hired for three week at Bama Realty
to post some books and stayed three years; she was
at the Refuge of Battered Adults for three years,
and has been with Mentor of New Mexico since May,
1998. She and her husband served three years with
the New Mexico State Defense Force where she was
a First Lieutenant and he was a Major Memorial
Contributions to the First United Methodist Church
and Cowboy Bell.
