JESSIE LOU TROTT ERNEST BETTIS, 94, passed
away on July 16, 2015, with burial in Greenwood
Memorial Park at Fort Worth, TX.
She was born in 1921 to Jess & Josephine Trott. Jessie
attended Ranger High School in the Class of 1938 at
Ranger, TX & Texas Technological College in Lubbock,
TX. She married Arthur H. Ernest who died in 1989.
They had a son, Gene Ernest. In 1996, she married
William Bettis. Sibling of Jessie was Dennis Trott
(RHS-1936).
Survivors: Husband, William Bettis; children, Gene and
Ron Ernest and Sandra Davis; grandchildren, Ron, Rodney
and Bill Ernest, Glenn Davis, Rochelle Redpath, Wendy
Wilkins and Deborah Davis; 15 great-grandchildren; and
two great-great-grandchildren.
