EVELYN CHILDS KRAJCAR, 76, of Fort Worth, TX,
formerly of Odessa, died May 29, 1999, with
burial at Strawn, TX in Mount Marion Cemetery.
She was born July 30, 1922, in Ranger, TX to
Clifford & Pearl Holstein Childs. She was a
graduate of Ranger High School in 1939. She
married Mickey W. Krajcar in April of 1941 at
Breckenridge and they lived in Snyder, Lamesa
& Borger before settling in Odessa. She was
a secretary for 30 years at the Sandhills
Hereford & Quarter Horse Show, and a member
of the American Legion Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Harold
Childs (RHS-1930). At the time of her death,
she was survived by her husband; a son, Randy
Krajcar of Gilbert, AZ; a daughter, Sandra King,
of Fort Worth; a sister, Mary Helen Childs (RHS-
1934 of San Antonio; a sister-in-law, Neva Krajcar,
of Mingus; one grandchild, one great-grandchild
and many nieces & cousins.
