DOROTHY JEAN CLEVELAND HUDDLE, 83, passed
away peacefully on Nov. 12, 2004, with burial in
Forest Park West, Westheimer at Dairy Ashford
(Houston).
She was born on Dec. 8, 1920 in Ranger (Tiffin), TX
to Dorothy and Jesse Cleveland who predeceased her.
She attended St. Rita's Catholic School & Ranger High
School in the Class of 1939. She was also preceded
in death by her beloved husband, Theron B. Huddle, son,
Thomas E. Huddle, daughter Teresa Ann Edwards and infant
grandson Thomas Lee Edwards. Dorothy was a devout Catholic
and a kind and gentle woman beloved by many friends and
relatives. She graduated from Robert E. Lee High School
in Baytown, TX and had lived in Houston for the past 60
years.
At the time of her death, she was survived by a sister,
Libby Cleveland Whitmire (RHS-1933), daughter, Suzan
Huddle, & son, Cleveland D. Huddle. Three granddaughters,
Amber Michelle, Erika Elizabeth, and Alyssa Rose Huddle
and numerous nieces and nephews.
