VIRGINIA JO BELKNAP HANS, 100, was born in
Ranger, TX on April 21, 1921 and passed into the
arms of her Lord and Savior on April 9, 2022 in
Kerrville, TX, with interment at Mission Burial
Park South.

She attended Ranger High School in the Class of
1939 at Ranger, TX. A longtime resident of San
Antonio, she was a hairdresser at several salons
in the city before retiring so she could enjoy
her passions of traveling and volunteering. She
was active in Beta Sigma Phi for many years and
was a member of the First Baptist Church of San
Antonio for a half century.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband
O.J Hans, parents John Joseph & Simruda Lauderdale
Belknap and several siblings.
Survivors include her sister Delpha Lauderdale
Potter of Belton, TX, and several nieces & nephews,
as well as numerous great and great-great-nieces
and nephews.
