CHARLES BYRON O'STEEN, JR., 88, of
Shelbyville, TN passed away on Aug. 2, 2013,
with burial at Crowell's Chapel Cemetery in
Unionville, TN.
He was born Nov. 1, 1924 to the late C.B. &
Janie White O'Steen. He attended Ranger High
School in the Class of 1941 at Ranger, TX. Mr.
O'Steen was a retired postal worker. He is a
native of Bedford County and of the Baptist
faith. He was a faithful supporter of multiple
charities and a compassionate animal lover. He
served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.
