MARY CECILIA BOURDEAU REILLY, 86, of Atherton CA,
passed away quietly in her home on Jan. 23, 2011,
surrounded by her family, with interment at Holy
Cross Cemetery in Colma.
Born in Ranger, TX to William & Agnes Bourdeau. Mary
graduated from Ranger High School in 1942 at Ranger,
TX and the University of Texas at Austin. Upon grad-
uating from the university, Mary returned to her
hometown & taught accounting at Ranger High School.
While attending the University of San Francisco for
continuing education, she met the love of her life,
Frank J. Reilly. They married in 1950, and during
their 52 years of marriage, raised five children.
Mary was active in the Church of the Nativity and
Nativity School. After raising her children, Mary
worked as Saga Foods & for her husband's CPA practice.
Preceded in death by her husband Frank, and daughter-
in-law Denise Schott, she is survived by her children;
Timothy, Michael, Patrick, Margaret, and Theresa; grand-
children Erin and Sean Reilly, Reilly and Madeline Rose
McGwire; daughter-in-law Helen Reilly; son-in-law Kenneth
McGwire and great-grand-children Hudson David Reilly,
Connor Parrish, Brendan Parrish and Isabella Gilbert.
Her brother was William Bourdeau (RHS-1936). Cecilia
Mooney Gabrysch (RHS-1953) of Houston was her sister.
She is greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
