LINDON A. WILLIAMS, 75, of Mabank, TX died in
October of 2001, with Military Honors burial
at the Dallas/Ft. Worth National Cemetery.
Mr. Williams was born in Ranger, TX on June 7,
1926, to Verdie Loraine Willhelm & Addie Hardin
Williams. He graduated from the Ranger School
system in 1943. He was in the U.S. Navy during
World War II. Following his service, he worked
for 27 years with General Motors before retirement.
He had lived in the Ranger, Mabank and Temple area
most of his life.
Survivors at the time of his death were 2 daughters,
Mrs. Linda Collier and Mrs. Cheryl Jerabeck both
of Arlington; one son, Johnny Williams of Mabank;
three brothers; two sisters; eight grandchildren
and two great-grandchildren. David Lee Williams
(RHS-1950) was his brother.
