BEATRICE TOTI MARKLAND, 92, of Pleasanton,
TX, passed away on Jan. 14, 2018, with burial at
Mission
Park South.
She was born in Oklahoma City, OK to Antoine and
Beatrice Akers Toti on May 31, 1925. She attended
Ranger High School in the Class of 1943 at Ranger,
TX and married Samuel M. Markland.
Beatrice is survived by her son Michael A. Markland
and wife Jen and daughters, Tawn M. Blair & husband
Robert and Denise M. Flach and husband Thomas. She
is also survived by her grandchildren, Tina and James
Engle, James and Lana Stockbridge, Rhonda and Charles
Blair, Melissa and Greg Andrews, Clint and Valerie
Meyer and Veronice Markland; thirteen great-grand-
children and twelve great-great-grandchildren.
Beatrice is preceded in death by her husband; daughter,
Diedre A. Markland; parents; and brothers, Robert Toti
and Antoine Toti.
