HADEN EDWARD EASTLAND, 65, was born on Nov. 16,
1927, in Ranger, TX to Lillian Neal & John William
Eastland. He was in the Ranger High School Class
of 1944 and died on May 11, 1993, while living at
Fort Worth, TX. He was married to Esther Morene
Blackwell and she died in 1976. They had a son,
Haden Edward Eastland, Jr. Haden, Sr.'s mother,
Lillian Neal Eastland taught Homemaking at Ranger
High School during the 40s & 50s.
Their son, Haden E. Eastland, Jr., retired from
General Dynamics-Lockheed, died in 2003 at the
age of 57, with burial at Alameda Cemetery near
Ranger.
Survivors at the time of his death: daughters, Torie
Williams and Tonie Whitmer; granddaughters, Ashlynn
Williams, Kendall and Lillian Whitmer; grandsons,
Robert and Nathaniel Botello and Joseph Cruz, all
of Fort Worth; uncles, Virgil, Ray, Herman and Ed
Blackwell; and aunt, June Ice.
