Vivan Hise VIVAN EUGENE HISE, 61, was born on March 20, 1927, in Ranger, TX to Estel White & Ottie Earl Hise, and died in Texas on March 12, 1989 while living in Albany, TX. He attended Ranger High School in the Class of 1944 and married Ida Gregory in Feb. of 1952. They had five children, Gary Don Hise, Terry Wayne Hise, Ellis Ray Hise, Jimmy Dan Hise, and a daughter, Jana Hise McCoy. WIFE: IDA GREGORY HISE THOMPSON, 74, of Albany, TX and Stamford died on Dec. 5, 2001, with burial in the Albany Cemetery. Mrs. Thompson was born on June 10, 1927 in Ranger, TX to Nancy Glenn McKewely & Ellis Simpson Gregory. She married Vivian Hise in Feb. of 1952. He died in 1989. She married Howard B. Thompson in Sept. of 2001. She was a telephone company employee and had also worked for M.E. Morrell and First Nation Bank. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. Survivors at the time of her death are her husband, Howard Thompson of Lake Stamford; four sons, Gary Don Hise and Terry Wayne Hise, both of Kerrville, Ellis Ray Hise of Albany & Jimmy Dan Hise of Kermit; a daughter, Jana McCoy of Albany; two stepdaughters, Diane Moore of Clovis, NM, and Madeline Pickett of Lubbock; a stepson, Dale Thompson of Hobbs, NM; a sister, Doreen Gregory of Eastland; 19 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
