DORIS SHIRLEY PERLSTEIN LIPKIN, 88, of Dallas
TX passed away on Oct. 25, 2016, with burial at
Shearith Israel Memorial Park Cemetery in Dallas.
She was born in Ranger, TX on Sept. 28, 1928 and
attended Ranger High School in the Class of 1944.
A graduate of the University of Texas, she had a
distinguished professional career at Titche Goettinger
and Neiman Marcus which led to manager and owner of
several clothing stores. She ended her notable
career as an executive recruiter. One of her greatest
gifts was that she always thought of ways to help
others. Though involved in many activities, her home
was the gathering place for family and friends.
She was predeceased by her husband Calvin Lipkin and
parents Saule & Frieda Perlstein.
She is survived by her children Sondra (Steven) Balaban,
Lisa Lipkin, (Scott Robbins) Stephen (Amy) Lipkin;
sister Rheta Perlstein Prager (RHS-1952); granddaughter
Meredith Balaban, cousins, nieces & nephews.
