BILLIE MARSHALL MCNURLEN, 68, died on Dec. 17,
1995, in Odessa, TX, with burial in Locker Cemetery
at San Saba, TX.
He was born June 12, 1927, in Ranger, TX to Bula
Pearl Nantz & Richard Earl McNurlen. He was married
to Norma Lee Mathiews (RHS-1947). He had lived in
Odessa since 1951. He was in the Ranger High School
Class of 1946 and served in the U.S. Coast Guard.
Billie had retired after 27 years with Texaco and
worked as an oil field pumper. He and his wife,
Norma, owned and operated "A" Antique Shoppe in
Odessa, which opened in 1971.
Survivors include his wife, Norma McNurlen of Odessa;
two sons, Rick McNurlen of Odessa and Bo McNurlen of
Plano; his mother, Pearl McNurlen of Ranger and two
grandchildren.
