DONALD RAY WELLS, 59, was born in Ranger, TX on Oct. 12,
1936, the son of Opal Allie Dempsey and Rudy Lee Wells.
He was in the Ranger High School Class of 1955 and died
on March 15, 1996. He had two brothers, Jimmy Wells
(RHS-1959) & Johnny Wells (RHS-1963), & a sister, Betty
Swinney (RHS-1956).
MOTHER: OPAL ALLIE DEMPSEY WELLS died in 1999 at the age
of 79. She was a lifelong Ranger, TX resident. She was
a homemaker. Her husband was Rudy Wells and they had
three son; Donald Ray Wells (RHS-1955), Jimmy Wells
(RHS-1959), and Johnny Wells (RHS-1963); one daughter,
Betty Fletcher (RHS-1956). Interment was in Bullock
Cemetery near Ranger.
