DOROTHY ELLEN EPPLEY BOSWELL, 85, passed
away in the early hours of the morning on Sept. 17,
2023, with burial at Brigham Cemetery in Campbell,
TX.
Dorothy was born on March 2, 1938 in Ranger, TX to
William Austin Eppley & Gladys Opal (Baker) Eppley.
At the age of 11, she returned to Ranger Texas from
York, PA, and became the foster daughter of Ross and
Helen Elrod. She attended Ranger High School in the
Class of 1957. Willard & Dorothy were married in 1978.
She is preceded in death by her parents, foster parents;
and step-grandson Collin Boswell.
Survivors include her husband Willard Boswell; daughter
Debbie Bradford (LaDale), and step-sons David Boswell
(Kay), Mark Boswell, and Phillip Boswell (Catrina).
Grandchildren April Bradford, De Bradford and step-
grandchildren Bradley Boswell, David Boswell, Daniel
Boswell, Brandon Boswell, Jordan Boswell, Jonathan
Boswell, Olivia Boswell, and 12 step-great grand-
children, sister Madelyn Eppley, nephew Brian Yetter,
cousin Jay Baker (RHS-1962), and a host of extended
family members and friends.
