She attended Ranger High School in the Class of 1958. Throughout her life she held several jobs after serving in the U.S. Army with Braniff Airlines. She was an avid collector of rare dolls and antique guns. Faye was a talented seamstress. She was a lifetime member of the Corvette Club and her local crochet club. In her local crochet club, Faye helped many of the members get started. She would always be willing to assist if they had difficulties while crocheting. Faye is survived by one daughter, Katherine Copps of Albuquerque, NM & two nephews; Dusty and Paul Austin of Dallas, TX. Donella Carwile Austin (RHS-1965) & Zoella Carwile Johnson (RHS-1966) were her sisters.
