DOROTHY DIANNE FARMER THAMES, 55, died in October
of 1997 at her home, with interment at Evergreen
Cemetery in Ranger, TX.
Mrs. Thames was born in Wichita Falls, TX & was in the
Ranger High School Class of 1960 at Ranger, TX but
graduated from Castleberry High School in Fort Worth.
She married Roscoe Sterling Thames (RHS-1947) in 1959
at Ranger and worked for Thomas Conveyor Co. She was
a member of and taught Sunday school at River Oaks
Church and also was a member of the Professional
Business Women's Association & Ranger First Baptist
Church.
Survivors at the time of her death include her husband,
of Ranger; two daughters, Linda Thames of Ranger and
Brenda Heinsen of Azle; one brother, Martis Hubert
Farmer Jr. of Oklahoma City; and three grandchildren.
