WALTER HUTCHINS, JR., 65, of Ranger, TX died Sept. 12,
2005 in Temple, TX.
Mr. Hutchins was born July 21, 1940 in Dallas to Walter,
Sr. and Katherine Ann (Baugus) Hutchins. He attended
Ranger High School in the Class of 1960. He served in
the U.S. Army from 1960 until 1963 where he served with
the 82nd Airborne Division. He married Sandra Lee Nearhoof
in June of 1963 in Marina, CA. He owned and operated
Hutchins Tire Sales in Dallas for 30 years, moving to
Ranger in 1992. He was a member of the Lawson Baptist
Church.
He was a wonderful father and husband who will be missed
most by his wife, Sandra Hutchins of Ranger, children, Walter
Hutchins, III, & Kim Moore of Plano, Keith Houston Hutchins
and Idella of Malakoff, Ruth Katherine Henderson and Chuck
of Fort Worth, and Lori Luttrell and Randy of Morgan Mill;
brothers, Alfred Hutchins of Dallas and Oscar Hutchins (RHS-
1971) of Ranger, grandchildren, James David Parker & Bambi
Lynnette Hutchins and Jesse Garcia, all of Wichita Falls,
Walter Hutchins, IV & Austina of Ranger, Ariel Ruth Anna
Anderson and Ezra Joe Martin Henderson, both of Ft. Worth,
James and Sean Flanagan and Crystal Pornich, Amanda Pornich
and Marcus Pornich all of Malakoff; mother-in-law, Ruth
Nearhoof of Youngstown, OH, brother-in-law, Houston Willard
Nearhoof and Riki of Sharon, PA; and numerous nieces and
nephews.
