KATHYLEEN MARY WALLACE PETERSON, 49, died
on Nov. 15, 1993 & was in the Ranger High
School Class of 1963. She was born on
November 12, 1944, in Ranger, TX to
Johnnie V. Lowery & Lowe William Wallace.
She was married to Verne Peterson (RHS-
1962). They had two daughters, Nancy &
April.
She had two brothers, Lowe William Wallace,
Jr. (RHS-1945) of Cross Plains and Mitchell
Teague Wallace (RHS-1948) of Quartsite, AZ.
MOTHER: JOHNNIE LOWERY WALLACE, 98, went
to be with her Lord and Savior on Jan. 13,
2007, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery at
Ranger, TX.
Johnnie was born March 18, 1908, and was a
mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and
friend to everyone that knew her. She lived
a long and blessed life. She and her husband
Lowe lived in Ranger from the late 1920's
through the 1970's and raised their family
there. The past 25 years she also resided in
Springtown, TX, Quartsite, AZ, & Cross Plains,
TX.
Many friends loved her as she loved them. Johnnie
had a forgiving spirit, sense of humor and vitality
for life until her very last day. She was a long-
time member of the First Christian Church in Ranger
and attended many churches while living with her
sons, grandchildren and their families.
She was preceded in death by her husband Lowe W.
Wallace, daughter Kathyleen Peterson (RHS-1963),
son Mickey Wallace (RHS-1948) and grandson Lowell
Lynn Wallace.
Survivors: son Bobby Lowe Wallace (RHS-1945) and
wife Ruby, granddaughters Nancy Doyle and husband
Ed, April Hardy and husband Matt, Rachael Kline
and Nicole Wallace, grandson David Wallace, great-
grandchildren Baylee Hardy and Scottie Tanner.
