BILLY GENE LEE, 69, a loving husband, father and
grandfather, passed away peacefully on April 12,
2016, at home, surrounded by those who love him.
Interment was at Mount Marion Cemetery in Strawn.
Billy was born May 22, 1946, in Ranger, TX to
Bill & Marguerite Briden Lee. They both preceded
him in death along with one brother, Steve Lee
(RHS-1958). Billy attended Ranger High School in
the Class of 1965/66. He served in the U.S. Navy
during the Vietnam War and was a coach with Azle
Youth Association for over 15 years.
Survivors: His devoted wife of 49 years, Sandy;
sons, Thomas (Tammy), Jeff (Veronica) and Gerry
(Sarah); eight grandchildren; and eight great-
grandchildren.
