KATHERINE STAFFORD HEATLY, 95, was a faculty member
at Ranger High School in 1945-1947 at Ranger, TX. She
taught music. She was a sister to Helen Stafford
McAnelly and an aunt to Helen "Tina" McAnelly Adkins
(RHS-1947) and Stan McAnelly (RHS-1956), who lives
in Dallas. She had a daughter, Mary Katherine. Mrs.
Heatly was born Nov. 17, 1895 and resided in Dallas
at the time of her death on July 2, 1991. She was
preceded in death by her husband, Homer V. Heatly,
who died in 1949. They are buried in Evergreen
Cemetery at Ranger.
