HUBERT H. CAPPS, 88, was born April 9, 1907, and
died Jan. 22, 1996, at Socorro, NM. He was in the
Ranger High School Class of 1925 at Ranger, TX and
married Veda Winsett (RHS-1924). His mother was
Mary C. Capps who died at Ranger in 1966. He had a
brother, Delbert Capps (RHS-1930), and a sister,
Thelma Capps (RHS-1928).
