DELBERT CAPPS, 66, was born Jan. 15, 1911 & died
in May of 1977 in Texas. He was in the Ranger High
School Class of 1930 at Ranger, TX. He had a brother,
Hubert Capps (RHS-1924) and a sister, Thelma Capps
(RHS-1928). His mother was Mary C. Capps died in 1966.
Capps Photography Studio was located in Ranger for
many years and most of the photography for the Ranger
High & Ranger Jr. College yearbooks and for the Ranger
Times as well as social, business and portraiture
photography was ably done by Delbert Capps until he
retired. He had a son, Lloyd Capps (RHS-1962).
