CHARLES HOMER SHORT, 85, was born on Sept. 5, 1906,
and died on June 2, 1992 at Artesia, NM. He attended
Ranger High School in the Class of 1928 at Ranger, TX.
He played halfback on the RHS Bulldog Football Champion
team. His wife, Lucille, died in 1999. His brother was
James Victor Short (RHS-1928).
