FLORENCE EDNA KIDWELL BAKER, 89, of
Odessa, TX, passed away on Oct. 4, 2011, with
burial at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
She was born on February 23, 1922 in Cheptopa, KS,
to Henry & Martha Kidwell. She attended Ranger High
School in the Class of 1939 at Ranger, TX.
She was preceded in death by her husband, C.J. Sonny
Baker; brothers, Lawrence Kidwell (RHS-1939), Robert
Kidwell (RHS-1933), James Kidwell and Harry Kidwell;
sister, Juanita Davis.
At the time of her death, she was survived by sons,
Jimmy Dale Baker of Odessa, Jesse Lee Whisenant of
Kyle, TX; daughters, Joyce Jean Kuhlmann of Coriscana,
Carol Ann Borden of Houston, TX, 8 grandchildren, 9
great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and
relatives.
