WILLIAM HARRY "BILLY" SMITH, 68, died on Aug. 5, 1992
in Sebring, FL. He was born on April 22, 1924 to Homer 
Smith & Sarah Snodgrass Smith in Stephens County, TX. 
He attended Ranger High School in the Class of 1940
at Ranger, TX.   His siblings were Homer Smith, Jr.
(RHS-1938), David Smith (RHS-1944), and Robert Smith
(RHS-1941).
