CLAUDE RAYMOND FLOYD, 95, passed away on Nov. 2,
2016, with burial in the Merriman Cemetery near
Ranger, TX. He was born July 21, 1921 in Dublin,
TX to Homer C. & Lillie Owen Floyd. He attended
Ranger High School in the Class of 1943 & served
in the U.S. Navy during WWII. Claude married
Jamie Falls (RHS-1940) in Oct. of 1944. Their
children were Billy Wayne Floyd, Richard E. Floyd,
& Gregory H. Floyd. Siblings of Claude were Clifford
Floyd (RHS-1944) & Travis Floyd.
