Ranger Exes Memorial - RHS Class of 1942 RJC

Dalton Hatton DALTON T. HATTON, died in 1990. He was the son of Mr. & Mrs. B.R. Hatton. He graduated from Ranger High School in 1942 at Ranger, TX, then attended Frye Aircraft School in Dallas, upon completion there he went to work for North American Aircraft Co. until entering the service. During WWII, he served in England & France. Dalton was a 2nd year student at Ranger Jr. College in 1950. Rosa Hatton MOTHER: ROSA EDITH ADAMS HATTON, 98, died in Ft. Worth, TX, with burial in the Bullock Cemetery near Ranger, TX. Mrs. Hatton was born Jan. 20, 1904 north of Ranger, TX, to Thomas Jefferson & Addie Cordelia McDougal Adams. She lived in this area for all of her life. She married Belton R. Hatton in Feb. of 1923 & he preceded her in death on Jan. 18, 1975. She was a housewife and a member of the First Christian Church. Mrs. Hatton's survivors at the time of her death include six daughters, Dorthy Hatton Godwin (RHS- 1943) of Duncanville, Bernice Hatton Gildner (RHS- 1946), Peggy Hatton Lindsey (RHS-1951), and Jenna Vee Hatton Miller (RHS-1954), all of Arlington, Rozelle Hatton Sklenar (RHS-1960) of Marion, KS, and Linda Hatton Young (RHS-1963) of Eastland; 18 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; and 2 great- great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sons, Dalton Hatton (RHS-1942) and Winfred Hatton (RHS-1948), both in 1990; and two great-grandsons.
