RICHARD KELLY, 66, was in the Ranger High School
Class of 1947 at Ranger, TX & died on Nov. 2, 1996
in Birmingham, AL.
He was born on Aug. 29, 1930, the son of Mable
Baker & James J. Kelly of Ranger. His brother,
James Bennet "Jimmy" Kelly, was in the RHS Class
of 1945. Their father was Ranger Mayor (1943-1947)
and owned/managed the Ranger Auto Parts, & later
with Gaston Dixon (RHS-1927) as a partner.
