RETA RUTLEDGE STOWE, 65, passed away on Oct. 11,
2015 in Fort Worth, TX.
Reta was born to John & Margie Rutledge on May 18,
1950 in Durango, CO. She attended school in Ranger,
TX including Ranger High School in the Class of 1969
and graduated from nursing school in Cisco as an LVN.
Her nursing career included jobs in hospitals, nursing
homes and in-home health. She was an active member of
Road Riders for Jesus, Chapter 59 in Grand Prairie
and the Bible Believers 1st Assembly Church also in
Grand Prairie. Her married name was Stowe.
At the time of her death, she was survived by her
husband Danny of Grand Prairie; daughter, Amanda
Howell of Granbury; daughter, Annette Doyle of Wichita,
KS; mother, Margie Richards of Ranger; brothers, John
Rutledge (RHS-1970) and wife Barbara and Darrell Fox
(RHS-1982) & wife Trish all of Ranger; & step-brother,
Billy Fox (RHS-1972) and wife Pam of Gorman. She also
leaves seven grandchildren, several aunts, an uncle
and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her dad John, brother
Roger Rutledge (RHS-1971), & step-brother, Tom Fox
(RHS-1970). Reta was cremated and her ashes were
interred at Evergreen Cemetery in Ranger, TX.
