Dorothy Penn Bundick DOROTHY LOUISE PENN BUNDICK, 95, of Ft. Worth, TX, passed away on Jan. 26, 2024, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery at Ranger, TX. She was born on March 28, 1928, in Colorado City, TX, to Frank & Ola Penn. Dorothy attended Ranger High School in the Class of 1945 and Ranger Jr. College at Ranger, TX. She married Robert Bundick (RHS-1945). Dorothy was a long-time telephone operator with Southwestern Bell and continued working as an operator with several area hospitals. She even continued working well into her 90's for Garrett Aerobic Septic in Azle. She appreciated art by creating with fabrics and styling clothing, and especially enjoyed China painting. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Betty Penn Kinser (RHS-1951). Also preceded in death by her two husbands, Elmo Smith (Michael's father) and Robert Bundick (Betty's father). Dorothy is survived by her son, Michael Penn Smith, and his wife Lynda, her daughter, Betty Bundick Anderson, her grandson, Robert Cody Anderson, her nieces, Dana and Brenda and nephews, Dean and Andy. Dorothy Louise Bundick will be dearly missed by her loved ones and friends. May her soul rest in peace.
